Hi I recently traded my non-modded xbox 360 with my cousins hard-modded 360. I was wondering if I updated it, would it remove the capability of playing burned games?

If it doesn't have lt+, and isn't early hitachi or samsung, then it won't play ap2.5 games. And will flag you for a ban if you use it for live.
