yea. as long as your orig FW and the spoofed FW section are the same, over to mtk tab and proceed with erase/write.

Shows that it's fine doesn't it. I pressed Erase and asked me for comfirmation, although it didn't ask me about the extra bit of data?
I clicked no just incase theres something I need to do before erasing.
Surely it can't ask for it after the erase has completed

it looks fine. it shouldnt ask for the other stuff since it was already in it. you only get that on your first initial hacking. you can go ahead and erase/write it.

Finished. I saw A1 in a few bits of the serial so the revision must be in there.
It did show the MXIC, and outro'ed fine.
Gonna load it up back in the Xbox and test it out. Thanks you two. You're great guys. I've also added you on Live so hopefully I can teach you a leason instead of it being the other way round. Wish you was near me actually i'd buy you both a beer

Yeah did the write and outro.
Just started up the console Power light started to flash.
Thought uh-oh maybe i've f'ed it up and brought on the RROD or just ruined it..
Couldn't eject. Couldn't play a game.
Then it clicked.. i forgot to plug the bloody SATA & power cable in. What a ****
Wall<<<My Head.
Having to dis and reassemble .
I need sleep man.

Ouch. Thankfully it's now officially the weekend for me and next week is my last week in work.
