Hi,

I had a LiteOn drive in my xbox (I forget which model, I bought my console at the end of 2008), it stopped working so I bought a Samsung drive and spoofed the LiteOn FW on it and my xbox was working again.

This was done in mid of 2009, and I got to upgrade it again to play CoD Black Ops. Can anyone help me out? I checked the sticky on this forum and couldn't find the right tutorial.

I still have the old FW and key file(s).

P.S. My Xbox got banned in 2009 so I'd like to put a FW with least amount of safe-checks in it. Where can I find that?

just reflash the drive with the new firmware and you are good to go. As for the spoofing, you will get banned online but if you do not play online than just upgrade the firmware
