Upgrading a BenQ with LT

I just fixed my BenQ with Woolys tut and I got it to work so now I wanna update my IX 1.6 with the LT. So I went and got all the stuff I needed and did the step and got my flashing all set. it said write verified ok at the end of the flashing. Now I turn my system on and it stays at the 360 logo then I get a E64 error. I mean Im following all the steps except the Benq unlock which I dont use cuz I can send my drive to vendor mode without it and if I try doing it it freezes my pc. Anybody got any advice
