Hi folks, new here...I just purchased a new LT FW1.1 xbox to replace my banned 1.61 console. Can anyone tell me if there's any way to verify which already burned discs will still be safe to use?

If there's anything else I should be concerned about, please let me know! (using old profile on new console etc)

Use abgx360 and select the "Burned DVD" option as the source input. Games need to have splitvid and any games that are wave 3 and above need to be using SSv2. You can rip a burned disc using ImgBurn, patch the ISO, then reburn if necessary. Most scene releases are still SSv1 and I doubt that the scene rules will be changed on that any time soon.
