I have a Liteon 7485.
I'm using the CK3 Lite & Prove II.
I keep getting the error "Serial Data is bad" when I connect the Probe to the r707 hole.
What am I doing wrong?

Do you have the usb cable connected and proper com port selected? Are you sure you have the probe connected properly? Does is light up when you hit the 707 hole?

You should be doing a full dump anyway and that means cutting the traces and resoldering. This is the most safe method on xbox live and keeps the laser from dying so quickly since the 707 method does NOT dump the laser calibration.

Check you have the switch to probe on the probe and not MRA, thats what happened to me when i first bought my probe!!

The same thing happened to me, I had a bad cable. Purchased a new cable and it worked fine.
