So I flashed my Hitachi yesterday and all supposedly went smoothly but I've already burned 2 games and both of them did not read, the 360 just had the open tray message as if nothing was in there. Heres the log from JF:

I sent mode b twice because the first time I sent it the tray was closed and I forgot it had to be open. I wasn't able to confirm mode b however because I had no idea how to push the eject button when theres no eject button :P Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Flash looks good.

Since you are getting the "Open Tray" error when trying to boot a game, you will need to use better media. If you are already using good media like Verbatims from Singapore, you will need to do a POT Calibration on the laser.

Hitachi drives are notorious for this problem.

Is POT Calibration the only option? Looks risky opening the drive that much, at least to me :P

Its not hard and you can't damage anything by reading the resistance. 1 simply adjustment and it will play games.

If you are already using good media, then you will need to do a POT calibration. Or you could always spoof to a BenQ. :)
