Watching movies on the Xbox 360 help?

So I download movies to watch on my Xbox 360,and the screen is small.I don't know if this is a formatting issue regarding transition from computer screen to my TV screen but,the quality is fine it's just the view is smaller.How can I watch the movie in full screen,any recommendations?

Press the green A button, I think its the second to the end option. You might have to fiddle with the aspect ratio on your telly too.

I got it,so I'm watching a 4:3 picture on a 16:9 TV,(an old SHARP) black bands on each side when watching bootlegs.So 1) How to change aspect ratio using DVD flick Version 1.3.0.7 Or How to Remove Watermark from ConvertxToDVD? Now that I know the specific problem,we can goes about finding the solution.
