Wave 3 and 4 problems

I have a strange problem.Apparently my xBox was flashed for wave 4 games,even though i didn't know it I wawed the game Final Fantasy 13 from wave 4 to wave 3.Afterwards I checked the game and it didn't work.Next day i recieved a wave 4 game (Prison Break),so i try that one and it worked after the dashboard updated.
A few days later I tried Final Fantasy 13 again and after the updating the game worked.Then I checked Prison Break again and it didn't work anymore.The video controls showed (like "play","pause","rewind",...) but no sign of Prison Break.

I would be extremely greatfull if u help me solve the problem.
