Ok. Got an LT modded Xbox last week. I created profile 1 and have been playing backups. (pretty typical). today I got a wireless adaptor with the only intention of using it for tversity. I tried to watch tverstity but was required to update with a new patch/codec. As a result it forced me to sign up for xbox live, so I created profile 2 and signed up including taking the mandatory xbox gold for 1 month. got the codec and don't really need to go online anymore.

questions:

1)is it possible I can get banned for just the actions I took?

2)Would I get banned if I jump online, download some patches/roster updates for Madden and then jump off?

3)should i just say screw it, know I will get banned eventually and enjoy online as much as possible now.

3)if banned, I assume I can use tversity.
