Hey, I am new trying to flash my friends and my xbox 360s. I am hoping to do this with my macbook pro running windows XP off of bootcamp. What I am wondering is what all do I need to do this? If there is no way it can be done then tell me, but if no one knows if it is possible than what would be needed if it could be done? So far I have
-MacBook Pro unibody running Windows XP
-Xbox 360 with Lite-on drive
-CK3 pro with Lite-on probe
-Molex external power supply (being shipped right now)

How do I know if my chipset is compatible with the sata or do I need to get an external thing to do this? If I do need an external thing what can I use with a MacBook pro? Sorry if this is unorganized, I couldn't really think about how to word it

There would be no way for you to access a SATA port on a Macbook. There should be PCMCIA cards that have the VIA 6421 chipset that would give you a SATA port.

Only issue I see is if the Macbook has the 54mm express card slot. That card you posted from ebay is the full size.

I think my macbook pro has an expresscard/34 slot. How do I know the size of the PCMCIA I am looking at?
