I have an older Hitachi Drive and I am going to replace it since I am getting read errors. I am not a huge gamer, and my current drive plays backups. I want to upgrade so that I can run the latest ixtreme firmware. Can I just get any benq drive off ebay or are some models better for this than others? I know how to do the flash and all, just wondering if there are any known issues with drives.
