what is the difference between a Cygnos Chip, a 360 Hard Drive loader menu and a firmware flash and which one is better?

Cygnosis chip = A chip that allows you to alter your NAND
Hard Drive loader = Never heard of this, could be a program like XEXmenu but you require a JTAG'd console (a console with a altered NAND)
Firmware Flash = Alters the firmware on the DVD drive of your xbox so you can play copies

Basically, if you like playing on xbox live the Firmware Flash is the one to go with.

Would recommend the Cygnosis chip myself as there is no benifit on this over simply JTAG'ing your xbox.
