Hi all,
I bought a pre modded xbox arcade (2009 jasper)
They guy at the store told me that all i need to do is just plug into the net, and everything will be fine, even though i asked several times to be sure what he is telling me is true.
I read on the net (this site also :)) that i must stealth the game and xbox, this guy is telling me that i dont have to stealth anything, and everything is ready O_o
( i got no idea how to check whats me firmware ( i got lost when i read about having a VIA sata thingy but i understood all else))
What do u guys think i should do? (over here, u can get xbox games for a buck :P nonorginal, but i got agb and checked the dvd, it told me it wasnt stealthed, so how do i copy it to stealkth it?)

The guy at the store was defo telling you porkies, you have to stealth you games or you will be banned. As leerage says, make sure you run all you backups through ABGX to check for steath, there are tutorials on here to show you how to use it (check ultimate sticky).
Also, you will need to find out what firmware version you are using, the only way to do that is connect it up to your PC and dump the firmware.
