i recon theve hit a wall in dev of the lt firmware.
they were logging updates every 2 or 3 days.
and now nothing for a week.
id bet it not comming out untill mid january.
plus there are few people out there that beleave c4evea is in league with m$ and is waiting for the all clear to release it.
i dont believe it personally but i do love a good conspiracy.

If they've hit a wall, the wall is in the development of finding a way to monetize the firmware. Just an educated guess.

Last I heard (which was a few days ago) they are modifying code and doing more testing for better dual layer media compatibility.
