not like it matters since they don't do jack. TeamX has a kit you can buy that has everything and it's a proper xclamp (whichs is dump anyway). Walmart also sells the pads or a hardware store. Both waste of gas and time.

I think they are called Thermal Pads or Thermal Cooling Pads. You can find them on ebay. But like they said, they don't do much... I don't have any on my 360 and I play 6+ at a time and it runs fine. (All this after the X-Clamp Fix w/Heat Gun).

XPS Gen.4 3.6GHz, 4GB RAM, 250GB+750GB Seagate HD, BenQ DW1650, BenQ DW1655, Samsung SE-S184M (External) Dimension E520 3.0GHz 3.5GB RAM, 74GB+500GB Seagate HD, Samsung SH-S183, Samsung SE-S184M (External)

Dont bother with using washers on the RAM chips, wont do any good.

Try a heat gun reflow. I use toilet paper under tin foil to cover the caps an such when I do my heat gun reflows, it does the trick nicely. 2 minutes on the under side and 4 minutes on top on a high setting
