Which dashboard will FIFA 09 disc update xbox to?

I have an xbox console with an old 6609 dashboard which can therefore be JTAGGED

I want to play Fifa 09 which is wave 2 but the game requires me to update the software to play it.

My question is - which dash will it update me to? I dont want it to update me to a dashboard that CANT be JTAGGED

It was released October 3rd 2008. It is a wave 2 game so it should be fine. The non-JTAGable update came in the August of 2009 during wave 3 games, shortly before wave 4 games showed up.
