Okay so my friend burns me some back up games.. they work great.. however, ever since the wave of bans I can't seem to play any new games.. Call of duty MwF2 or dragon Age.. did the bann block my firmware?? it reads these games as play DVD .. ? please help ..

What drive do you have and what firmware?

MW2 and Dragon Age are wave 4 so I presume you are trying to play Wave 4 on iX 1.6 maybe?

oh I don't know.. i had my xbox already mod when I bought it.. didn't know it was mod when I bought it.. is there a way to find out.. ? i play lots of other games on it.. guess those aren't wave 4 games..

Well COD MW 2 and Dragon Age are both Wave 4 games...so you problably have older firmware that isnt compatable with wave 4 games...
