However, when you try to compare PS3 and Xbox 360 graphics today, you realize that this distinction has faded with time as both the manufacturers have put in great deal of efforts to make sure that their console graphics are at par with excellence.
AFAIK, the graphics on say a falcon HDMI xbox does not look different in any way on the new slims
Would mention Live vs PSN & also, no PS3 vs 360 blog is complete without mentioning the lack of Bllueray support on 360
its simple, the 360 is the budget machine, while the ps3 is the pimp machine with blu-ray and free online. Not much to argue about, there is no better console, just what you prefer, the better console would be the ps3 in all but online services and money, the rest is just personal preference
