I was in the middle of writing benqfirmware with iXtreme LT v1.1 (ix-ltv1.1-benq) using Jungleflasher 1.74 when my power failed on my xbox 360(I have searched after the fact and found out it was because no a/v cable was inserted). The writing hung up and now I do not know what to do. I am new to this and I am running Windows 7 with a VIA Sata Card with the drivers disabled. I have saved down the Benq_CFW and BENQ-OFW files, but when trying to reload the firmware in Jungleflasher, it does not recognize my drive at all. Is my xbox toast? or is there something I can do in Jungleflasher or another program? Any help is greatly appreciated!
Worse Case Scenario: Buy a benq off of ebay. Using JungleFlasher, load BENQ_OFW as source. Load Benq LT 1.1 as target. Write firmware on new benq.
It's pretty hard to brick a benq, unless you plug the power lead into it upside-down. Look for a tutorial on dosflash for benq. Since you already have the BENQ_CFW.bin, it should be a cakewalk to get your old drive back up and running. The reason that jungleflasher won't recognize your drive is because the firmware is missing. Search youtube for "dosflash benq", and all should work out for you.

Thanks for the replay. I tried using DosFlash in dos mode (via a USB bootable flash drive that contained 1) windows98 boot, 2) DosFlash files, 3) BENQ_CF.bin. I tried the write function and then used filename BENQ_CF.bin and it completed successfully. However when i go back into Junglflasher to reflash using the OFW.bin, it still does not recognize my drive. any ideas?
