has anyone sent in their old xbox 360 in for rrod repair (to germany)using a paper warranty sticker,when it should have been an original silver sticker,and did it get repaired?

got my xbox 360 back today with a tampered letter with it ,so it didn't work,also i can't try for another repair because the request a new repair feature is blanked out.

I don't think it was the sticker. I've done it 4 or 5 times. It was probably the box itself that showed evidence of tampering.
