X Box Live Corrupted Profile

Hello can any X Box Live players help me? My son has deleted all his profiles from his X Box 360 and cannot connect through his gamertag. We have tried to recover the gamertag but it says our Windows Live ID is registered to another gamertag. Probably this is cos DS (dear son) (brat) has been pushing all the buttons and gone into Live with a different gamertag. Anyway there doesnt seem to be any way of recovering it thru the console so I wondered if anyone had a number I can ring or anything else we could try.

BTW it said Corrupted Profile on the Hard Drive where his usual X Box profile should have been.

That means you're typing in the wrong email address for that account. Call Microsoft for that. To recovery, sometimes you need to format the memory or hard drive or it will not recover.
