Sorry for the noob question but here we go, please bear with me...
I have a PIONEERDVD-RW DVR-111L 8.26 & BENQ 360 drive permanently installed into my PC using a spear, I thought that XBC would not even entertain the pioneer drive and would not allow me to push start with an xbox 360 game that was left in its drive after burning, but I was wrong. (Screenshots are included below)
After forgetting to change the drive in XBC to the BenQ I pushed start and the game in the Pioneer started to copy until it said "Read Complete". At this point I had realized what I had done and continued to check out the backup in ABGX. I was surprised to see that the "Stealth check Passed" the "SS CRC Matches" and the Xex CRC Matches" also, in fact everything was fine except for the CRC's of Video, VO, V1 & PFI, the DMI was Unverified. (Screenshot also included)
My question is, if the drive can already recognize the disc and copy most of its content successfully to the end, is it possible and worth my time and effort to create a driver for this DL burner, to make it 100% compatible and be able to RIP the 360 discs correctly, or would I just be wasting my time and constantly running into brick walls.
Thank you in advance for any information that may prove to be positive or of use to this possible future project as Icould not find anything related to this drive and XBC.
