xbox360 hdd from 20Gb to 120Gb

I just bought a Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD2500BEVS 250GB and would like to make it become a 120Gb xbox360 hdd to replace my original 20Gb. I read a number of articles online and figured out that I would need to use hddHackr. However, there is still a question that I would like to have the answer before making a movement:
Would I able to create the *.bin file from my 20Gb hdd and use this *.bin file to make my 250Gb become a 120Gb xbox360 hdd? Or I have to extract the *.bin file from a original 120Gb xbox 360 hdd?

The 120GB bin is on XBINS. If you wait, there is more than likely going to be a 250GB hddss.bin available here in a couple weeks when the 250GB Forza3 package is released.
