Xbox360 won't power on. (Solved)

Okay so here's the backstory, I just opened up my friend's Jasper 360 to mess with the dvd drive, but ended up getting called in to work. Before I left I plugged the 360 in (with the case open and top removed) to see if it would work, but the unit failed to power on.
Does the jasper not turn on when the case is removed due to the power supply being different, or did i eff my friend's box?

No, but you might have messed something up. If you've watched any videos online, you would see that the 360 works without the case. Go home when you can and mess around with it. Worst case, take some good pics of it while open and post them so we can see and try to help.

I'd feared as such, I know my Falcon runs without its case on, I wasn't sure if the new Jaspers didnt because their power supplies aren't grounded.

Did you make sure the power lead is firmly in place? I have done that before :D

before I left i unplugged/replugged the 360, then i checked the power supply LED, it was unilluminated. I'll be heading home in an hour.

it didnt have a light on it lit, then its not plugged in the wall. if it was it would have been a yellow color i believe (when the console is off), green when turned on and working correctly, and red when something is wrong with it.

Lol, yeah I checked the MS troubleshooting and thats what they said, and it turned out that unplugging and replugging the system fixed it, sorry for wasting you guys' time.
