Your thread title says "xbox 360". No kidding? And here I am thinking this was a Colecovision forum. Well don't I feel stupid?
You need to change your thread title to something that describes the problem you're having. Your problem is not xbox 360, your problem something like, I don't know, off the top of my head, I'd say,,,,,,,,
"Xbox 360 won't play burned discs anymore after I connected to the internet"
or
"I did the update on Xbox Live and now my games won't work"
or
Even though I wasn't supposed to update, I did anyway, and my 360 won't work anymore"
or
"If someone guides me to repair my avoidable screw-up, I promise to never do it again"
Feel free to use any of the above, or come up with your own, because if you don't:
1: No one will even peek into this thread.
2: Someone will answer in a flamingly manner.
and/or
3: ddp will close this thread for failing to read and/or obey forum rules #1 & #7.
My colecovision was way better than that crappy intelevision my neighbor had, I don't care what his older brother says. The sheer volume of buttons alone was a clear indicator of it's superiority.

How old are you? It's probably not even modded LOL. Or has old FW. If you tried to get on live, you erased the FW back to stock.
You have to re-flash the box and that is going to take some reading, read the "sticky" at the top of this page that says, read here first, and the one that says, read here 2nd.
Modded boxes shouldn't try to go on LIVE until you know what you're doing in regards to flashing or have someone nearby that can do it for you.
Basically there was an update awhile back that UN-mods your xbox if you connect to LIVE. So now you have to open your xbox back up and RE-mod it.
Basically I clicked on this thread because the vagueness of the title was intriguing. :)
