You will need to determine if its the v1 or the v2, there are 2 different versions that are labled the same. Whats the manufacture date of the drive?

I think that's a gray area date-wise. Take the drive apart: Remove the 4 screws to remove the shell, take the 2 tiny screws off of the drive's board. On the other side of the board, are two stickers. Ignore the rectangular sticker. The smaller, square sticker should say: 83850c, 83850c2, or 93450 on it.

Can you give us some more details about your method of flashing? What is your computer configuration. Have you pulled the other drives out to isolate your flash? Are you using the right chipset? Is the drive detected in jungleflasher? I have you tried dosflash...etc?

"All drives should be updated to Lite Touch + (LT+) firmware if playing on XBOX live. Samsung drives and pre-78/79 Hitachi drives do not utilize AP 2.5. All other drives are considered to be detectable by Microsoft (YMMV). Make sure all rips are ABGX verified, contain SSv2, and patched AP2.5 (where needed). XGD3 must currently be burned on new drive with PC Burner Max firmware for 100% rip. All modded consoles can be potentially unsafe for use on XBOX live."

You will need to follow the instructions in jungle flasher for the 9 series lite on then as they are the same. LT acts like OFW so it will be the same process as flashing from stock. It required a 22ohm resistor and a 3 way switch

if you have the keys you are fine, just load them as source. its a volume 1 and are the simplist liteon to do. dont forget to disable the driver so you ddont freeze up.

i did it. and this is the story

Ranger_Ri told me to use the ofw but i couldnt find it but instead i found a screenshot of the key before flashing, and i had a dead xbox with a benq drive so what i did i spoofed the benq to make the working xbox recognize it as a liteon drive and i typed in the key from the screenshot and it WORKED !!!!!!
