I havnt backed up a xbox 360 game for some time, but now when i try Backup creator doesnt let me read the disks to put them to an iso file. If any one has any ideas? It lets me read my other backed up copies but not new games. AAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!

The reason guessswho asks this is because you need the latest version to rip the new Wave 3 games. As you mentioned you haven't ripped a game for a whilst, I also suspect this is going to be your problem.

I am still using XBC 2.8 for ripping and so far didn't run into problems (latest game was Prototype). If you are using a kreon drive there is no real need for XBC 2.9. XBC 2.8 is minimum 1.5 years old, I don't assume the op is using an older version.

If he is using a ix1.6 0800 drive to rip games, he will need XBC 2.9. I'm guessing he is using 2.8 to rip with no issue, but then uses 2.8 to stealth check or burn, which 2.8 will give him errors.
