Can someone post a picture of how the cables plug into the back of the disk drive on their xbox? Ours will not work - won't open or read disks. I suspect the problem is that the cable with the two white tips will not go in all the way to the DVD drive.
It stops about 2/3rds of the way in and I'm afraid to put any excessive amount of pressure on it until I'm sure it needs to be pushed in farther. Thanks!
