I had recently purchased a second hand Xbox 360 Elite. Its production date says 21 Dec 2007. I took it to a mod expert to have it modded. He told me that he is unable to mod it because the drive is too old. Is there any hope for the piece? Can I mod it any other way? I don't care about Xbox Live connectivity or updates.

Then he is no pro, but an idiot. I can mod all drives, there is no such thing as a drive being too old. PM me and I'll do it for $15.00 if you pay for shipping.
