I have a Dell C521 with vista 32 bit under IDE ATA/ATAPI Controller i have 2 NVIDIA nForce Serial ATA Controller. Im buying a Used 20Gb Xbox 360 with BenQ Drive that has a falcon chip Is it possible to flash the drive with my PC or do i need a XP also what do i need to flash cables etc.

nForce is usually compatible. You will need a SATA cable to connect from your PC to your XBOX 360 DVD drive. Check out the Jungle Flasher tutorial or I have a walk-through for JF in my signature.

Yeah. 32Bit with JF or if you got 64bit you can use DosFlash.
