I was wandering (tried googling no luck), if their is a way to download DLC content for a game (which isn't hard to find) and putting it on a USB stick ? Is their a program out or anything. I know their is a way to put Title Updates on games but that is different to DLC I believe. This is probably asked a million times but I really can't find any answers and they are probably old. It kinda is crap I can't get on Xbox LIVE but that isn't the question.
I don't think so not without having a jtag hack for your console and even then I'm sketchy, as I haven't been able to get a hold of a 360 with the required dashboard to jtag, still hoping though.
Yeah, I wish I had a Jtagged console, probably could buy one, but personally I rather have a new Xbox then a used one and have it cheapter. But yeah, I have just a iXtreme'd Xbox. I was hoping that maybe with the USB stick enabled people could download those DLC used for Jtagged consoles, and a have a program emulate kinda like an Xbox 360 drive, and just drag and drop the DLC into the USB. But dunno, hoping someone/team are able or have done it.

The problem as I understand it is that the console itself only allows code signed by Microsoft to run so you cant have any homebrew written to the xbox or even running from its drive you would just get the DVD splash screen if you insert a homebrew game or anything not signed with the "magic" code. Flashing the drive doesnt change this it just tricks the drive in to sending the message it is reading an xbox 360 disc. As all DLC is tied to a console that you download it to as well as your gamer tag, you can't just swap it over with another console. I doubt there will be a way to do this with just a soft mod, I think its going to have to be jtagged.
Mmmmm, bummer. Guess their isn't gonna be such a thing lol. Doesn't matter, I can live without DLC. Good thing I can at least get title updates because I don't have live to download them say if a game has a bug or glitch. Cheers man for the answers.
