Xbox 360 Lite-on 74850C Flash Help!

Hi there

So i am kinda new to the Xbox Modding scene and i have completed 1 MRA hack on a Liteon FW v 74850C and i complete it successfully and flashed it with Lite-Touch and it can play all backups 100% perfect online.

But i have 2 separate problems with 2 xbox's of the same FW version. Liteon FW v 74850C

I attempted this lite on drive with the MRA method(cant afford to buy probe or Connectivity kits right now) and everything went well and it "flashed correctly" but the drive wont open, and the green light just flashes(trying to open i presume). So i am thinking that i Bricked it or soothing else is wrong.

If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know how to or where to go to find out. I read a couple of websites that showed how to unbrick an Xbox but im not sure if that is the problem so i have not attempted it.

The other problem that i have is that on another 74850C i did the MRA method on this one aswell but when i hook it up to my computer, run FJ and then power the drive on my computer freezes.

Me and my friend are doing this together and the 2 liteons before this one was done on his computer.. i just bought a new computer and i am trying to see if i can use it to flash drives as well. I dont think i have a VIA card, or the drivers for it so the Liteon + Via Freeze common problem i think is out of the question.

If anyone knows anything about how to fix these 2 problems please let me know.

The flashing center green light and the drive not eject is a sign that there is no firmware on the drive. Try reflashing iX LT 1.1.

Maybe try a different SATA port. I see you list you don't have the VIA card so what are you using?

oh okay so i will reflash that one with the flashing green light because there is no firmware on. right.

and i will try another sata port right now

i think the problem might be the fact that my chipset may not be right for flashing.

i flashed the other 2 using my friends computer and it worked so yeah that might be the problem.

my Chipset is Nvidia Nforce 790i Ultra SLI SSP

Yeah i tried all my ports and jungleflasher freezes when i turn the XBOX360 on. but when i turn it off my computer stops freezing.

any ideas?

The chipset is definitely not liking the drive. Maybe look into the BIOS. Sometimes you will have different SATA settings. Maybe try something along the "Compatible" lines. Example: Normal, Enhanced, Compatible.
