Xbox 360 Media Extender working with ISO?

So I have my DVD collection saved onto my laptop and they are all saved as ISO's. I'm using My Movies 3.16 in my Windows Media Center. It's all set up nicely where it gives me the summary and box art of the movie. Each one is linked to the corresponding ISO as well so when I click on it it mounts the ISO and plays it.

I'm curious as to if this will work when using my Xbox 360 as a media extender? I want to be able to access all these dvd's from my xbox, instead of hooking my laptop up to the tv every time I want to watch a movie. I'm also not very interested in converting any of the files either; too time consuming.

I'm not sure if this will work because I don't know if the xbox can read ISO files like this. I've read a couple posts and they say that it can not. But these are all outdated and I'm not sure if maybe the new slim one can read ISO files. Can some one help me out on this?
