Hi guys, i made a homemade probe and reader yesterday for my xbox 360 for flashing, out of an npn transistor 1k resistor 10k resistor ect..

and basically my +5v from molex accidently touched the XBOX CHASSIS.(xbox was grounded with my pc) this made a spark and my PC SHUT OFF. the xbox is perfectly fine. and now when i turn my pc on i hear the XP sounds and stuff but there is nothing on the monitor. this is onboard graphics, not a graphics card.

Any help will be appreciated!

yeah but how do i make sure nothing else is shorted?
isnt it akward that since my graphics is onboard, everything else seems fine? is there anything i can do to get my display working? and should have the 360 fried first bcause the 5v touched it then traveled to the pc it was touching? the xbox is booting up normally

Your quite lucky its just your onboard graphics and not your whole PC & Xbox. I would stick a AGP / PCIe graphics card in there, that should get it all up and running for you. Most
