Sorry for making a new thread, this is a completely new question, I was wandering, I want to prevent or at least minimize getting the Xbox 360 getting over heated and getting the RROD so here is my query;
If I place my Xbox 360 back near an open window (with mesh covering the window of course) would that block the hot air from escaping making it worse for me ? Or too much cool air will stuff up my Xbox 360 ? I have the Xbox near an open window, about 40 cm away from it. I don't get that much wind, and in some cases no wind at all just a calm breeze or just nice temperature. Is their a problem of me having it near the window, it's back is directly facing the window mind you, I raised the Xbox 360 so it would.
EDIT: I have my Xbox 360 elevated where it sits on-top of the Arcade Box (not holes it is just closed, should I poke holes or open flaps ?)
