I recently modified my Xbox 360 with the iXtreme Lite Touch 1.1 firmware on my Liteon DVD drive and while stealth patching two games I stupidly thought that the patch was embedded into the iso and I erased the ".dvd" files (my and brother and I share the same computer and I thought he left some of his 'useless' files on the hard drive and that they serve no purpose.)

Regardless, I'm now stuck with two RPG unstealthed games. Neither of them require Xbox Live (Devil May Cry 4 and Resident Evil 5) and I've never used Live regardless.

I'm just wondering if it would be safe to connect to live after using non-stealthed games? Should I erase my savedata does that contain some data that indicates my Xbox is modded?

I've learned my lesson and I'm patching games properly now. The discs I'm going to use on live are going to be patched and I've never logged on to live before anyway. I'm just wondering if I will be banned for using them offline in the first place?

Do you recommend I reburn them? Dual layer discs are pretty pricey but I'd rather risk that than be banned. But, if it makes no difference than I guess I have no need for that either.

Please help out guys I don't know If I've permanently banned my console from Live. I wish to use the Live very soon and I don't want this to ruin my chances.

All answers are greatly appreciated!

PS: Is it safe to continue using the unstealthed games as long as I'm not connected to live?
