ok i have a rrod xbox that a friend had before me and opend it. i was thinking bout getting a new warranty sticker off ebay butt the only thing is the motherboard is missing that one sticker, will they still fix it? or if they do see that is there any jail time 4 trying to rip them? the sticker thats missing on the motherboard is the one with alot of little numbers.

Hell no, theres no jail time, they will just send your box back with a nice letter saying they cant fix it because it has been tampered with..

Not sure if they check the motherboard sticker, as long as the seal is intact, they just pass it down the line to the next person.

U know whats messed up?, i got a 360 from Wal-Mart and got home.(brand new)ripped the faceplate off to see what color wires it had..There wasnt any frikin M$ sticker on it!!!

they don't care about anything. you can have the xclamps mod done. as long as there is a sticker, they will fix it. Well accept one I sent, obviously it was melted around the sticker. haha. My first one I was a dumbass and used a heat gun instead of a hair dryer, bad idea.
