xbox arcade download games - what disc can you use?

hi guys

i was thinking about downloading and playing some xbox arcade games on my pc and playing them like i do when i down load normal games. i have a modded xbox and currently use the active.iso disc to play the latest wave games.

is the process exactly the same for arcade games as it is for normal games?

also what is the best/cheapest option of disc to use as i dont want to really use a verbitum for a file that sonly 150mb

You'll need a jtag'd console to play the XBLA games you download from the internet.
