Xbox Backup Creator Settings Question

Hi everyone, I just realized that in the XBC options tab there is a setting that lets you choose your drive model, i.e. SH-D163A, SH-D162D etc.

How important is it to set that option?

I am using a Samsung SH-D162D model, and I have made a few backups already. But every backup I have made so far has been with that option set to SH-D162C (not my drive model).

Is this going to ruin my backup? I have not burned anything yet, just in case those backups I made are bad.

not sure what it does . must do something to help a drive
find the files god knows . but i always select the d162d as my drive anyway before i rip games . just in case it does anything
