xbox dont have original dvd key what can i do

Got this xbox 360 from a friend It turns on but when you put a game in it says please put in original game or something like that. So i would like to know how to get a dvd key without having the original dvd drive?

Did your friend specifically say the drive has been change? It could be as simple as just needing a new laser.

no when i put in a game an xbox screen pops up that's it. the screen kinda jumps or flash
