I want to swap A non-working drive for a working one (both samsungs).
My plan is to overwrite the new drive with the old ones OFW & key.
Then, flash it with LT+ 1.9...The dashboard is the latest.
Ive only flashed a drive twice, successful once. I dont want to brick
the new drive so im hesitant. Does this sound right to u guys?
Do i flash it with junglflasher the same way as i did the first one?
well as long as you are on latest dashboard, there isn't any need to flash it twice. Just load your original dump and lt1.9 in jungle flasher spoof and just use that to flash. Read the jungleflasher pdf if you need help on how to flash, but should be same as before.
Thanks for saving me a step. I will definitely read the
PDF for exact instructions. I wonder if i should save
the FW & key of the new drive, even though i know it
wont help with the swap.
You don't need the new drive's original key as long as you don't have the motherboard that originally was connected to that drive. With a Samsung drive I assume the original board is RROD?
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.
Very disappointed...just got the delivery of the used samsung drive.
Stained w/roach waste. Reeks of it to. Oh ebay, how can you let this
happen to me...

I feel your pain. I had a guy bring me a a 360 to flash. It was a Lite-On 7xxxx so I had to open the drive...... filled with roach waste. STANK!!!! Quickly put it back together and told him it was a no-go. If it were a BenQ, I might have done it right quick. But the Lite-On, you have to touch.
