Xbox Dvd Drive makes loud Noise only when playing ODST

Whenever I put Halo ODST into my Xbox 360 it makes a very loud reading noise. It gets quieter after I get to the main menu,but it's buzzing is still as loud as the fan. I am assuming it is the disk because all of my other four games work fine. Does anybody have any suggestions, maybe resurfacing the disk? I have it installed to my hardrive,but I would like to fix it in case I want to sell it.
