I have just bought a 360 elite and i also have a 360 arcade with 20gb hardrive. 2 questions i need answers for...

1. I am already on Xbox Live on my arcade console but i want to use my Elite Xbox for Xbox live now and not use the arcade for Xbox Live, is there a way i can do this without having to buy another Xbox Live subscription.

2. Bought the extra map packs for COD 4 which is on my arcade console , is there a way that you can put the extra map packs on my Elite without having to purchase them again.

Swapping the hard drives will do everything you want.

If you don't want to do that, you can just log into Live on your Elite using the same credentials as your Arcade. You won't be able to be logged in on both at the same time, but for one at a time, it will work fine.

If you end up not swapping hard drives, you can download the map packs again for free as long as you use your same gamertag. MS keeps a log of what content you have paid for, and if you need to download it again, you can for free. I'm pretty sure that's how it works, anyway... I am not real familiar with paying for MS content ;)
