Xbox overheating problem but not red ringed

I have a 2006 xbox and im very knowledgeable in red ring of death and 360 hardware but anyways the when i start to play a game i play for 5 minutes and the game either freezes or glitches crazy so i pulled the xbox apart and replaced the thermal paste with artic silver cleaned out of the dust and left the xbox open and it still got hot like instant. the disc will also stop spinning i dont know if that is caused by it over hearting or the cpu or what but whats really weird is the xbox is red ringed. so does anybody know whats going on with it or how to fix it?

send it off to get a proper reflow done this solves most problems with 360.
