When you send your 360 to microsoft for repair what do they actually do to fix it? Do they apply the x clamp fix or what?

The x-clamp fix has nothing to do with microsoft IMO that fix is pretty much a last ditch effort for some one who modded there console or voided there warranty or it has run out. When they "repair" your console they send you a refurb that has already been fixed out of ten friends and at least 3 xboxs i have sent for repair not once have i got my console i sent in back nor have my friends.

they reflow the motherboard and replace the thermal paste. I am not sure what else they do to the mobo,they prob replace the xcmlamps with a more durable fix like just screws but im not sure
