can anyone submit a repair. I try to on my wifes account and mine and it's says it's unavailable. I just want to make sure I'm not flagged. These are on legit consoles.

The "Repair your Console" site is still up and running here in the U.S. but I wonder if the following will occur here too:

European Xbox Repairs Xmas Deadline Dated

Note: Makes perfect sense with the holiday season vastly approaching. M$ knows the shipping processes are going to be chaotic. I guess they don't want to deal with tons of lost consoles during the crazed shipping season. Not to mention, ALL the people who would demand they receive theirs before the 25th.
