My question is how do you rip the xex and ss files off of your original game to stealth patch your backup? I can't seem to find anything on the subject.

I'm not sure about ripping them off, but doesn't xdvdmulleter atleast let you view their values?
I could be wrong, but I thought it did.

Well it is something that i don't see alot of info for but maybe leerage could shed some light on it. Obviously its not as simple as go in and explore the iso for the file or else everyone would be doing it. Maybe some of the more experienced guys could help out clearing some fuzz around this subject.

If you would, you would clearly see that you can see some of the values.

Exactly what did you suggest? Nothing you were not sure if the program even allowed you to see the values. You just thought it might. I would like to know if someone out there has been able to do it and if so is there a tut for it. I don't want to guess. I want to know. I'm not going to risk getting something wrong and get banned for it. Its just a precaution on my part. So again if anyone knows then that would be great info to have. Thanks again.

a simple google search, if you would have done it, shows mulleter, and its capabilities.
It obviously shows the values.
If you care so much about getting banned, have you read any of the threads on abgx even?

Well thats the info I needed. I did not have a name of the program until your post. You said you were not sure if it could. I see in the pics that it will dump the files so that really is all i needed. Thanks for your time and I will start doing this instead of waiting for the abgx database being updated. The game risen atleast from earlier had not been uploaded so that is why i decided to make this thread. Moderators if you would like you can delete it as I have my info. Again thanks for you time.

You can also extract the SS, PFI, and DMI in XBOX Backup Creator v2.9. The 3 options are under the Drive Tools tab.

I downloaded the program and you can extract the ss, dmi, and pfi. When I do get those extracted do i put those in stealth folder of abgx? If so when I run them would it stealth patch with the files I got? Just asking if that is how it works. Thanks again.

How are you ripping games? All methods, except for the winxripper method, will automatically rip the SS, DMI, PFI, etc. and it will be in the .ISO? Instead of manually patching everything, you can run the ISO through ABGX360 and it will patch if it is in the DB.

Since when do you challenge the almighty abgx360!? Personally, whenever I rip my own games, It does it by itself, and ofcourse I check in with ABGX360 and it passes stealth and thats all that I need to know, If not I just use xdvdmulleter for taking the stealth patch personally, which has never resorted to that, and as for games that abgx360 doesn't, I really haven't ran into those problems at all so yea... Personally, if your making your own rips, just check in with abgx360 and if it see's that it has already been done for you, then your good, else, let abgx360 do it for you, simple as that.

This may sound stupid but do you get the stealth files off of the original disk or the iso that you ripped. I would assume the original disk but again I have not found too much on the subject. Thanks.

Well I use the wxripper method because at the time it was the only one I could get to work. I am running win 7 now and wxripper won't work for some reason. Does anyone know if xbox backup creator will work in windows 7? If I do continue using wxripper do can I still get the stealth files out of the iso that I create with it.
Abgx has the option to extract the stealth files and video iso. If they are already in there does it just rebuild the iso and put the files in there proper place? I know this is a pain for all of you who know but not everyone does. We appreciate all of your know how.
