DLC is signed to either gamertag or console, so I wouldn't think that it would work.

A Stock system is just that, stock, and will only read legit, Microsoft signed software.
A Flashed system is identical to a stock system except it will read burned media. But that burned media still has to be signed by Microsoft.
A JTAG doesn't care if the software is signed or not (it's a rebel). So it will run anything it can read, signed or not.
The xkey is a drive emulator. It simply imitates the disc drive, but reads ISOs from a hard drive. Those ISOs still have to be signed by Microsoft.
The new Reset Glitch Hack acts just like a JTAG. It won't care if software is signed or not.

I haven't heard about this. So it can still allow all DLC/XBLA stuff for any gen 2 or 3 now?

It's in it's infancy right now. But expect the same thing from it that you get from a JTAG.
Once an alternate dash image comes out and can be written to the NAND, anything is possible.

What about xlink? I thought Jtags could do that. Also if that is the case, what about friends? Can you still play with them on xlink or just other Jtag users.

My bad. When someone says online I automatically think Xbox Live.
RGE boxes should have no problem with Xlink Kai. Any Xbox 360 can use Xlink, modded or not.

Can only those on Kai connect among each other or can someone on Kai also play with other users on XBL (including friends on XBL)?
