Just recently bought my self an xbox and am looking play backups/homebrew on it and but i really do not know where to start.I have bought myself a 120gb Jasper Elite with lite-on drive and looking for the easiest method to Flash/Chip.

Also what is this JTAG i keep hearing about and what does it do?
